The Direct Placement fee (20% of annual base salary) covers the full sourcing and vetting process: talent mapping across our Caribbean network, background verification, skills assessment, peer technical review, interview facilitation, and a 90-day replacement guarantee. There are no additional fees on top of this unless you add compliance and payroll management.

With our Employer of Record service, Synapse Global becomes the legal employer of your Caribbean hire. We handle all employment administration: contracts, payroll, taxes, and statutory compliance. You direct the day-to-day work. It is the fastest way to hire in the Caribbean without setting up a local legal entity.

Yes. You can transition an EOR employee to a direct hire at any time. We facilitate the handover of employment, including any necessary documentation, at no additional conversion fee. Many clients use EOR to trial talent before bringing them onto their own payroll.

All talent is paid in USD. We handle the full payroll and compliance pipeline between the Caribbean and North America. Transparent rates, no hidden markups. Clients are billed in USD.
